These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of alderandbristle.com and your purchase of products from Alder & Bristle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade or natural-looking finishes, and production batches may cause reasonable variations in color or appearance. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Discounts, bundle offers, and promotional pricing are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless we expressly allow it. The Services, including the Alder & Bristle name, wordmark, photographs, graphics, copy, layout, and other content, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for lawful shopping purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful and lawful. 11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alder & Bristle and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Alder & Bristle against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or dispute rights available under the laws of your usual residence.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated update date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
